Cinco de Mayo on May 3, 2014 in Downtown Hutchinson

Cinco de Mayo is celebrated in downtown Hutchinson each year. This year the festivities are scheduled for Saturday, May 3, 2014. Many activities are free.

In conjunction with the celebration, Toby’s Carnival will be set up. Toby’s features a vintage carousel, as well as other rides. There is a cost for ride tickets.
Carnival hours are:
Thurs. 6 p.m.- 10 p.m., Fri. 6 p.m. – 11 p.m., Sat. 10 a.m. – 11 p.m.

Open Air Market food, merchandise and free kids activities – free inflatables, DoArt, etc.

HCC Jazz Band performs at Avenue A Stage

11 a.m.

12 a.m.
Balloon Launch/Drop Mel Hambelton Ford T-Shirt Canon

$2 per duck or 30 for $50

4 p.m.

Folkloric Dancers – Azteca Dance Troupe from Newton Kansas – funded by Hutchinson Art Association Cultural Art Fund

Free Teen Glow Dance – DJ Sonido Dragon.
